How To Download Undertale
Heya Guys, Science here with ANOTHER tutorial (what, did you expect me to make an overused 'tu-Toriel' joke? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! no.)
Download Undertale for FREE on PC – Released on September 15, 2015, Undertale is a story rich 2D game where you control a human who falls underground into the world of monsters. The first thing you'll need to do is press WIN+R and type %appdata% and press okay.
You will then proceed to click appdata at the top, exiting Roaming, and then you shall click on LOCAL.
Inside the local folder you will find a folder that says UNDERTALE that has files with names such as File0, File9, and Undertale.ini.
Undertale.ini is just a file used for the info on the title screen and reads how many times you have met a person in current and previous saves to enable dejá vú dialogue but is also used for our Fun Values!
What we really want to edit is our file0, with this we can edit our name, LOVE, HP, Room, ATK, Weapon ATK, DEF, ARMOR DEF, EXP, GOLD, whether our soul can refuse or not :3 and all you have to do is open file0 in notepad!
Use CTRL+G to navigate lines on notepad
Line 1-is the name of The Fallen Human (I once named myself 'AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA'..you won't regret the Asriel fight.
Line 2-is our LV =)
Line 3-is our max HP
Line 5-is our ATK
Line 6-is Weapon ATK
Line 7-is DEF

Line 8-us Armor DEF
Line 11-is teh MuNZ (gold)
Line 12-is amount of kills (if you put enough to trigger the kill exhaust, it WILL trigger genocide in that area)
Line 29-is our weapons (3=Stick, 13=Toy knife, 14=Tough Glove, 25=Ballet Shoes, 45=Torn Notebook, 47=Burnt pan, 49=Empty Gun, 51=Worn Dagger, 52=Real Knife, You must also put in the right weapon ATK or its just cosmetic)
Line 30-is our Armor (4=Bandage, 12=Faded Ribbon, 15=Mandanna, 24=Old Tutu, 44=Cloudy Glasses, 46=Stained Apron, 48=Cowboy Hat 50=Locket, 53=Genocide Locket, 64=Tent Armor
Line 36 (which will be also known as flag[5])-is the fun value if the game (Yippee! We're going to get back that in a bit)
Line 531-Makes the game think we are fighting Asriel! (But why!?? You may or may not be asking.)
Line 533-Allows your soul to refuse but needs 531 to be enabled. NOW OUR SOUL REFUSES!
Line one before the last line- Our room number, some rooms are disabled unless you have dogcheck disabled.
HOW TO TAMPER WITH FUN VALUES
Well what we have to do first is go to our Undertale.ini and look for a small string that says 'fun='(random number).000000' under [general] and we edit this to our liking!
Then we open file0 going to line 36 a.k.a flag[5] and we edit that to our liking as well!

This sends us to the sound test room instead of the fishing rod room in Snowdin.

The fake hallway appears next to the crystalized cheese Save, has a 0.10 chance of spawning the grey door to room_mysteryman (possible Gaster, Oooh)

Someone will call you when you go to the Snowdin river dock asking for G.... then realizing it is the wrong number, singing the wrong number song.
